Mindfulness and Writing Workshop 3/28

I just wanted to let you all know about an upcoming workshop I’ll be teaching in Bennington, Vermont on Saturday, 3/28 from 10am-12:30pm. I’ve copied the details below; if you’re interested, please email me to hold your place, and I’ll also send along directions for parking and making your way to the workshop space. This will be a paid workshop, but I’ll hope you’ll consider joining me for another deep dive in March!

Mindfulness & Writing Workshop

with James Crews

Saturday, March 28th 10am-12:30pm

Mill Building in Bennington, Vermont

160 Benmont Avenue

In this one-day workshop, we’ll explore connections between the practice of meditation/mindfulness and the act of writing from the heart. We’ll do writing exercises and short insight meditations to uncover those images, scenes and memories we might otherwise have buried or forgotten. Beginners and all levels are welcome; you just need a pen, paper and an open mind. This is an ideal workshop for those looking to restart or sustain a creative practice.

Cost: $45-25 Sliding Scale. To register, please email:
